چکیده
A simple and cost-effective optical sensing system based on quinizarin fluorescent dye (QZ) for the selective reversible of CH3COO? anions is reported. The anion binding affinity QZ towards different was monitored using electronic absorption fluorescence emission titration studies in DMSO. UV-visible spectrum showed a decrease intensity characteristic peaks at ? = 280, 323, 475 nm, while new peak appeared 586 nm after addition anions. Similarly, initial strong attenuated following with Notably, similar other anions, such as F?, Cl?, I?, NO3?, NO2?, H2PO4-, caused no observable changes both spectra. also reflected by sharp visual color change from bright green to faint under room light. Further, found be reversible, this makes potential colorimetric sensor selective, ppb-level detection DMSO medium.

A new highly selective and sensitive fluorescent probe for Cu2+, N-n-butyl-4-(1'-cyclooctene-1',3',6'-triazole)-1,8-naphthalimide (L), was synthesized and evaluated. The structure of compound L was characterized via IR, ¹H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HRMS. The fluorescent probe was quenched by Cu2+ with a 1:1 binding ratio and behaved as a "turn-off" sensor. An efficient and sensitive spectrofluorometric ...
متن کاملFluorescence quenching of etilefrine by acetate anion
Acid dissociation in the excited state of antihypotensor drug etilefrine [2-(ethylamino1-3-hydroxyphenyl)ethanol] is studied. Fluorescence of etilefrine decreases at pHB7 and is related to phenolic group dissociation. However, intensity of etilefrine fluorescence diminishes as the concentration of the acetate anion increases at pH\7. Analyses of the absorption and fluorescence spectra of aqueou...

γ-Glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine (GSH) plays a critical role in maintaining redox homeostasis in biological systems and a decrease in its cellular levels is associated with diseases. Existing fluorescence-based chemosensors for GSH acts as irreversible reaction-based probes that exhibit a maximum fluorescence ('turn-on') once the reaction is complete, regardless of the actual concentration of ...
